The repository's existing licence states that final licence terms are governed by the actual marketplace/listing where the product is sold. Before taking payments, the owner should have the final licence, refund windows, governing forum and any recurring-service cancellation terms reviewed and approved for the chosen sales channel.
These Terms govern access to Pet Care Script marketing pages, software purchases, source-code delivery, business implementation services, support and optional managed services. A specific quotation, order form, marketplace listing or written sales agreement may add terms for a particular purchase; where they conflict, the transaction-specific terms control for that purchase.
Pet Care Script is pet-business management software for workflows such as bookings, boarding, grooming, customers, pets, staff, payments, invoices, documents, notifications and business settings. Pet Care Script is not presented on this corporate website as an intermediary that provides the underlying grooming or boarding service itself.
The DIY package is intended for technical buyers who manage installation, environment configuration, deployment and business configuration themselves. Source-code access does not by itself grant redistribution, resale, sublicensing or unlimited client-deployment rights. The definitive licence supplied by the applicable sales listing, marketplace, order form or agreement controls usage rights.
Business Starter, Growth and Pro include implementation work only to the extent listed in the selected package, quotation or statement of work. Items such as migration, custom reports, multi-branch workflows and custom development are included only when expressly stated in the applicable scope.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, branding assets, service and pricing details, required credentials, domain access and third-party account access needed for the agreed setup. Customers are also responsible for reviewing configured tax, invoice, payment and business settings before production use.
Prices and payment schedules are displayed on the website, checkout, invoice or quotation applicable to the transaction. Digital delivery, repository access, deployment work or onboarding may begin after the required payment or milestone is received. Taxes and payment-provider fees are handled as stated on the applicable invoice or checkout.
Support periods and training sessions vary by package. Basic DIY support, launch support, Growth support, priority support and maintenance are separate service levels. Support does not automatically include custom feature development, third-party provider fees or work outside the purchased scope.
Managed hosting, maintenance, backup/security assistance, priority support, WhatsApp API management and other recurring services are optional unless expressly included in a written order. Their billing period, renewal, cancellation and service scope should be stated in the applicable order or invoice.
Custom features, integrations, reports, migration transformations and advanced workflows require a separate written scope or Business Pro agreement. Changes requested after scope approval may affect price, delivery milestones and support obligations.
Pet Care Script may integrate with payment gateways, email providers, authentication services, messaging providers, hosting platforms and other third-party services. Their availability, fees, policies, outages and account approvals are controlled by those providers. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid third-party accounts and credentials where required.
The customer operating a deployed Pet Care Script instance is responsible for determining the lawful basis for collecting and processing its end-customer, pet, staff, identity, vaccination and payment-related data. Pet Care Script's corporate privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
Customers using self-managed deployments are responsible for hosting, backups, updates, access control and production security unless those responsibilities are included in a purchased managed service. No software can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free in every environment.
Pet Care Script and its original software, documentation, design assets and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A purchase grants only the rights stated in the controlling licence or written agreement. Pet Care Script trademarks and branding are not transferred unless expressly agreed.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy plus any transaction-specific listing, quotation or agreement. Digital source-code delivery, implementation work already performed, third-party charges and custom development may be treated differently, so buyers should review the applicable refund terms before purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software and services are provided subject to the warranties expressly stated in the applicable transaction documents. Pet Care Script is not responsible for indirect losses caused by customer configuration, unsupported modifications, third-party outages, credential misuse or services outside the agreed scope. Any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or commercial changes. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. The version published at the time of a purchase should be read together with that purchase's transaction-specific terms.
Unless a transaction-specific agreement states otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India. The specific dispute forum or jurisdiction should follow the final sales agreement and applicable law rather than a fictional demo-business location.
